The villa offers a large well lit roof terrace perfect for
enjoying the all year round climate of Fuerteventura, from here you
have spectacular views of Chipmunk mountain and the atlantic
ocean.
The villa has a private patio area where there is your very own
private heated pool (6m X 3.05m) which is cleaned twice weekly and
a large canarian style BBQ providing you with the perfect
environment to make the most of your villa holiday. The large
lounge/dining room has Satellite television, Xbox, DVD player and
music centre with several DVD's, Games and CD's for your
enjoyment.
There is also an assortment of books and games. Throughout the
villa there is a selection of uk plug sockets.
The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and a full oven,
microwave and a large fridge freezer should you wish to do your own
cooking. The utility area has a washing machine, iron and ironing
board.
The bathroom includes a bath / shower, toilet, bidet and sink
with vanity mirror and spotlights. Weekly bath towels are
provided.
The main bedroom has 2 large singe beds with fitted wardrobes, a
safe and hairdryer. There is also a good quality ceiling fan and

Towels and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned on a
weekly basis.
